The Government of Rajasthan established the Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Raj-RERA) to regulate and promote the real estate sector in the state. Project Overview
AKAL collaborated with RERA to develop a Real Estate Management Portal, in accordance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. The portal serves as a centralised platform for ensuring disclosures of real estate projects by promoters, registration of real estate projects and agents, complaints redressal, and providing recommendations to the government on matters related to the development and promotion of the real estate sector.
