Diwali is the festival of lights. In the auspicious month of Ashvin, this festival brings joy, unity, and the victory of light over darkness. It is at the end of October or early November. It again symbolises new beginnings, the triumph of good over evil, and the power of unity. At AKAL, Diwali is special. It aligns with our goal of creating lasting connections and a culture of innovation and trust.
This year’s Diwali was remembered because we could celebrate in our new office at the World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar. Those decorations, the laughter, and the camaraderie reflect AKAL’s values. They made the day memorable.
Our team arrived early to change the office space to a radiant wonderland. The office was decorated with bright marigold garlands, glowing diyas, and twinkling fairy lights. It looked festive and welcoming. The talented colleagues’ rangoli was the focal point of the celebration.
At AKAL, our work is a mix of creativity and teamwork. It is symbolised by a place more magnificent than its vibrant colours and intricate design.
As the day went on, a celebratory spirit filled the workplace. Decorating the office together reminded us to build a trusting, collaborative culture.
The space was magical. But, it was the team’s energy that made the day special. Our team is the foundation of everything we do. This reflection moment reminded us all that we come here each day as not colleagues but a family.
The joy of creating something beautiful reminded us of our power; we can work together so that our strengths complement each other to achieve our goals.

We enjoyed traditional sweets, savoury snacks, and refreshing drinks in great abundance. It brightened up the festive day and formed pure, simple moments of joy by distributing these treats with our team. They reminded us of the simplest reason life is worthwhile. From light chatter about snacks to heart-to-heart talks, each chat strengthened our bond.
At dusk, diyas were lit for the festive celebration. The soft glow of the lamps symbolised warmth and positivity that defines the AKAL family. Lighting diyas carried a deep message for one and all. One can dispel darkness with a single light. So, small acts of kindness will create a brighter future.
We decorated the office and enjoyed the fabulous food, but what was important was the connections we built and the memories we were making. Diwali at AKAL was not just lighting diyas but about lighting other people’s lives. We relished the journey we had shared, made key milestones, and limitless possibilities lay ahead.
